疾病定義與臨床特徵 (Clinical Features)
- 伊藤痣 (nevus of Ito) 為極罕見的情況，特徵為單側板岩藍色 (slate blue) 斑狀色素沉著。
- 分布於後鎖骨上神經 (posterior supraclavicular) 與外側臂皮神經 (lateral brachial cutaneous nerves) 支配的區域。
- 偶可合併太田痣 (nevus of Ota)、沿 Blaschko 線的色素減退 (nevus depigmentosus)，以及合併 Sturge-Weber syndrome。
- 極例外情況下曾記錄惡性轉化 (malignant transformation，見 malignant blue nevus)。
