臨床特徵 (Clinical Features)
伊藤痣 (nevus of Ito) 是一種非常罕見的疾病，特徵為在後鎖骨上神經 (posterior supraclavicular) 與外側臂皮神經 (lateral brachial cutaneous nerves) 支配區域出現單側石板藍色的斑狀色素沉著 (Fig. 25.223)。偶爾可同時併發 nevus of Ota、沿 Blaschko 線分布的色素減退 (hypopigmentations，即 nevus depigmentosus)，以及相關的 Sturge-Weber syndrome。極少數情況下，曾有惡性轉化的紀錄 (見 malignant blue nevus)。
