定義與臨床特徵
- Poikiloderma of Civatte (又名 poikiloderma of head and neck、Derbyshire neck) 為相當常見、進展性且不可逆的疾病。
組織病理特徵 (Histopathology)
- 除 solar elastosis 外，表皮常萎縮、扁平並伴 hyperkeratosis。
- 真皮中表淺血管通常擴張 (ectatic)，伴極輕至輕度血管周圍淋巴球浸潤與 melanophages。
- 基底層 hydropic degeneration 與毛囊栓塞 (follicular plugging) 不定地出現。
- 多數切片變化常為輕微、非特異性，且與臨床受侵犯程度相關性不佳。
