疾病定義與分類
- 毛囊性魚鱗癬 (follicular ichthyosis；ichthyosis follicularis) 並非單一疾病，而是一個總括性名詞，亦為可見於多種疾病的一種組織學型態 (histologic pattern)。
- 定義：毛囊正角化過度 (follicular orthohyperkeratosis)，可伴或不伴漏斗部 (infundibulum) 顆粒層增厚 (hypergranulosis)。
