真皮神經過度增生 (dermal hyperneury)
臨床特徵 (Clinical Features)
真皮神經過度增生 (dermal hyperneury) 是一個廣為人知的現象，可呈局限性 (localized) 或多發性 (multifocal)。當為局限性時，通常與外傷 (trauma)（包括慢性搔抓）有關。它可能在其他皮膚病灶中作為偶見發現 (incidental finding) 出現，或罕見地見於 notalgia paresthetica 的切片中。多發性型態一般被認為具症候群性 (syndromic)；已有文獻記載其與 multiple endocrine neoplasia type IIB/MEN2B（RET，位於 10q11.21）、Cowden syndrome（PTEN，位於 10q23.31）以及 neurofibromatosis type 2（NF2，位於 22q12.2）的關聯（另見 mucosal neuromas），且此型態極為罕見。然而，一部分多發性病灶為特發性 (idiopathic)，並不與任何症候群相關。
