IgG4-related disease
臨床特徵 (Clinical Features)
- IgG4 是抗體四種 IgG 亞型中最少見的一種。它對標的抗原 (target antigen) 的親和力低，且不會活化補體 (compliment)。
- 它在寄生蟲感染 (parasitic infection) 與過敏性疾病（如氣喘 asthma、濕疹 eczema）以及某些水疱性疾病 (bullous disorders) 中扮演角色。
- IgG4 相關疾病 (IgG4-related disease, IgG4-RD) 最初是在自體免疫性胰臟炎 (autoimmune pancreatitis) 的研究後被認識的。
- 隨後在許多其他部位也記錄到類似的疾病過程，而許多先前已被認識的病況現在被認定屬於 IgG4-RD 的譜系之內。
- 後者包括唾液腺病灶，如 Mikulicz syndrome 與 Kuttner tumor、Reidels thyroiditis，以及眼眶 (orbit) 與上呼吸道 (upper respiratory tract) 的嗜酸性血管中心性纖維化 (eosinophilic angiocentric fibrosis)。
