- 淚腺腺瘤 (dacryoadenoma) 是一種罕見的良性結膜腫瘤，表現為粉紅色腫塊。
組織病理特徵 (Histopathology)
- 組織學上，dacryoadenoma 是化生性表面上皮 (metaplastic surface epithelium) 的增生，形成類似淚腺 (lacrimal gland) 的管狀與腺狀結構。
- 肌上皮細胞 (myoepithelial cells) 與腺泡型上皮 (acinar-type epithelium) 相伴存在，並可見杯狀細胞 (goblet cells)。
