Dacryoadenoma

Dacryoadenoma

Dacryoadenoma is a rare, benign conjunctival tumor that appears as a pink mass.1 Histologically, dacryoadenoma is a proliferation of metaplastic surface epithelium that forms tubular and glandular structures similar to the lacrimal gland. Myoepithelial cells are associated with the acinar-type epithelium, and goblet cells are also present.2
