疾病定義與分類
- 硬化型藍痣 (sclerosing blue nevus) 是一種不常見的萎縮性 (atrophic) 變異型，屬於普通型藍痣 (common blue nevus) 的變異。
- 其特徵為稀疏細胞性 (paucicellular) 的色素性樹突狀黑色素細胞 (dendritic melanocytic) 與噬黑色素細胞 (melanophage) 族群，嵌埋於緻密且常呈玻璃樣變 (hyalinized) 的間質 (stroma) 之中。
- 此疾病實體與 hypopigmented blue nevus（見下文）有相當程度的重疊，且可能與其為同一病灶。
