Eccrine centered nevus
汗腺中心痣 (eccrine centered nevus)
臨床特徵 (Clinical Features)
- 汗腺中心痣 (eccrine centered nevus，又稱 spotted grouped pigmented nevus) 是黑色素細胞痣 (melanocytic nevus) 的一種罕見變異型，主要見於日本人的描述報告。
- 病灶通常為先天性，由一塊棕色斑塊 (brown plaque) 構成，其上覆有許多直徑 1–3 mm、深棕色至黑色 (dark brown to black) 的丘疹或斑點 (papules or macules)。
- 最常侵犯的部位為軀幹 (trunk) 與大腿 (thigh)。
