Clinical features Eccrine centered nevus (spotted grouped pigmented nevus) is a rare variant of melanocytic nevus, and has been mainly described in the Japanese.1โ€“4 Lesions, which are typically congenital, consist of a brown plaque covered by numerous dark brown to black 1โ€“3โ€ฏmm diameter papules or macules. The trunk and thigh are most commonly affected.1,3
