尿道周圍囊腫 (periurethral cyst)
臨床特徵 (Clinical Features)
- 此囊腫表現為位於尿道口 (urethral meatus) 外側的一個小腫脹，少數情況下可為大型腫脹。1,2
組織病理特徵 (Histopathology)
- 組織學檢查顯示一個由移行上皮 (transitional epithelium) 襯覆的腔室 (Figs 12.177 and 12.178)。
- 由黏液性上皮 (mucinous epithelium) 構成，偶見局灶性鱗狀化生 (focal squamous metaplasia)（Figs 12.174–12.176）。未見肌上皮細胞 (myoepithelial cells)。
