- HIV 相關光分布性疹 (HIV-associated photodistributed eruptions)：光敏感 (photosensitivity) 指對非游離輻射的異常反應；於專科皮膚科門診就診的 HIV 個案中，超過 5% 報告有光敏感。
- HIV 感染者的光分布性疹譜包括：porphyria cutanea tarda (PCT)、granuloma annulare、hypertrophic lichen planus、erythroderma、chronic actinic dermatitis (CAD)、photodistributed hyperpigmentation 與 lichenoid photoeruptions。
