疾病定義與臨床特徵 (Clinical features)
- 巴氏腺管囊腫（Bartholin duct cyst）發生於生育年齡女性，因 Bartholin gland 主導管阻塞所致。
- 相對不常見，發生於大陰唇後側，大小由 1 cm 至數公分（several centimeters）不等。
- 囊腫通常無症狀；但因滯留的腺體分泌物受感染而發展為 Bartholin gland abscess 為相對常見的併發症。
組織病理特徵 (Histologic features)
- 囊腫由移行上皮（transitional epithelium）所襯，常發生鱗狀化生（squamous metaplasia）。
- 極罕見可在囊腫內發生乳頭瘤（papilloma）。
- 亦曾描述囊腫內例外發生與 HPV 16 相關的高度 SCC。
