疾病定義與分類
- 術後紡錘細胞結節（postoperative spindle-cell nodule）為罕見的反應性病變。
臨床特徵 (Clinical features)
- 表現為泌尿生殖道（含膀胱、外陰、陰道）先前手術部位的小結節。
- 生長快速且通常無症狀。
- 局部復發不常見。
致病機轉與組織病理特徵 (Pathogenesis & histologic features)
- 被視為非腫瘤性的修復性現象（reparative phenomenon）。
- 曾於兩例報告 trisomy 7。
- 結節界限不清，類似 nodular fasciitis。
- 由飽滿的肌纖維母細胞樣細胞（myofibroblast-like cells）束組成，分散於黏液樣或水腫背景中。
- 核可溫和或深染。
- 其他特徵包括小血管、出血灶、淋巴球與嗜中性球。
- 核分裂常見。
