疾病定義與分類
- 魚鱗癬合併毛髮稀少 (ichthyosis with hypotrichosis)：一種先天性魚鱗癬 (congenital ichthyosis)，具兩種等位基因變異型 (allelic variants)。
- 其中一型以全身性毛髮稀少 (whole-body hypotrichosis) 為特徵，且不伴萎縮性皮膚變化 (atrophoderma)，即體染色體隱性遺傳之 autosomal recessive ichthyosis with hypotrichosis (ARIH)。
後天性魚鱗癬樣病況 (Acquired Ichthyosis-like Conditions)
- 依病因分類（Table 3.4）：
- 副腫瘤性 (paraneoplastic)：Hodgkin / non-Hodgkin lymphoma、multiple myeloma、myelodysplasia、lymphomatoid papulosis、Kaposi sarcoma、various carcinomas。
- 感染 (infections)：leprosy、tuberculosis、HIV/AIDS。
- 營養不良 (malnutrition)：pellagra、vitamin A deficiency。
- 藥物 (drugs)：statins、retinoids、nicotinic acid、clofazimine、allopurinol、cimetidine、lithium、hydroxyurea。
- 腸胃道疾病：Crohn disease、celiac disease、gastrectomy。
- 內分泌病變：hyperparathyroidism、hypothyroidism、diabetes。
- 其他：renal insufficiency、sarcoidosis、graft-versus-host disease、dermatomyositis 與 systemic lupus erythematosus、Down syndrome。
- 單純乾燥皮膚 (dry skin) 則無相關全身性疾病。
組織病理特徵
- Ichthyosis follicularis with alopecia and photophobia：毛囊萎縮且缺乏毛幹 (hair shaft)，毛囊開口內含角化性栓塞 (keratotic plug)。
