臨床特徵 (Clinical Features)
- 極少數情況下，蕈樣肉芽腫 (mycosis fungoides, MF) 患者會以大片疣狀 (verrucous)、覆有結痂 (crusted) 的病灶來表現，臨床上可能被誤認為鹵素皮膚病 (halogenoderma)、深部黴菌感染 (deep fungal infection) 或非典型分枝桿菌感染 (atypical mycobacterial infection)。
- 病灶有時相當廣泛。
- 偶爾病灶位於肢端 (acrally)，此時或許更適合歸類為掌蹠型 MF (palmoplantar MF) 或派傑樣網狀組織增生症 (pagetoid reticulosis)。
