臨床特徵 (Clinical Features)
- 肢端雀斑樣痣 (acral lentigines) 為小型、直徑 1–5 mm、邊界清楚的色素性斑疹 (macules)，出現於手掌與足底。
- 在黑人中比白人中更常見。
- 噴發性肢端雀斑樣痣 (eruptive acral lentigines) 曾見於 AIDS 患者，也見於罹患 diffuse large cell lymphoma、breast cancer、gastric adenocarcinoma 及 advanced stage melanoma 的患者。
- Acral lentigines 不具有惡性潛能 (devoid of sinister potential)。
組織病理特徵 (Histopathology)
- 肢端雀斑樣痣在組織學上與單純性雀斑樣痣 (lentigo simplex) 完全相同 (Fig. 25.10)。
