Clinical features

Generalized essential telangiectasia is a rare condition characterized by multiple tiny telangiectasias arising on the limbs and trunk and shows a predilection for females.1โ€“3 Presentation is usually in childhood. In one case, lesions were more prominent in a surgical scar, one patient developed lesions in association with Graves disease and in a further report involvement of the conjunctiva was described.4โ€“6
