Papillary hemangioma
Clinical features Papillary hemangioma is a recently described cutaneous vascular lesion.1 It presents as a small, long-standing papule on the head and neck with predilection for adult males. Only one of the 11 reported lesions recurred.
atypia, mitotic figures are rare and each vascular channel is surrounded by a single layer of SMA positive pericytes.
