Clinical features Lymphangioma may be an isolated conjunctival lesion or the superficial component of an orbital lymphangioma. It usually manifests in the first decade of life as a multiloculated mass with variably sized clear cystic channels and sometimes blood.1,2 When hemorrhage occurs in the lesion, it is referred to as โ€˜chocolate cystโ€™.
