Clinical features Dermolipoma is a congenital lesion, most commonly located superotemporally in the fornix. Patients may be asymptomatic for years, and present in adulthood with a mass that appears soft and yellow with fine hairs on the surface. The lesion may extend into the orbit and onto the bulbar conjunctiva.1
