Patch-like blue nevus refers to an acquired bilateral facial cutaneous dendritic melanocytosis with histologic features overlapping nevus of Ota and Mongolian blue spot.1,2 A similar lesion has also been reported on the scalp and was associated with the development of local areas of vitiligo.3
