Lichen sclerosus

Clinical features LS is a lymphocyte-mediated dermatosis of unknown etiology.1 It has a predilection for the anogenital skin in women and genital skin in men. Women are more frequently affected than men (10โ€‰:โ€‰1), and it is more common in white than nonwhite patients. It almost never affects men circumcised at birth.2
